Q. Will we be given a written
quotation?
A. We make sure that we provide a written quote and timescale that is realistic for your project.
Q. Do you provide a written
guarantee?
We aim to give you peace of mind
that your work will be completed to a high standard and provide
a written 5 year installation guarantee upon receipt of payment.
Q. Are there any completed jobs that we can see?
A. As long as we contact a previous customer first, there
is
normally no problem in arranging for you to see work in your area.
Q. How do we pay you?
A. Bankers Draft or Cash are the methods of payment we ask for. We are currently putting in place the facility to pay by credit card.
Depending on the value of the works to be undertaken, we may
ask for 'stage
payments' at pre-agreed points.
Q. What happens if a car leaks oil on the drive?
A. As long as you deal with it quickly, pour neat fairy liquid on to the oil, agitate it with a stiff brush for a few minutes and then rinse with water. This simple method will remove most fresh stains. Otherwise please refer to our Cleaning page for complete rejeuvination of old paving. Alternatively, resin seal the paving using our "ResiCoat" system.
Q. How much does it all cost?
A. Every job is unique, the easiest and quickest way to determine the cost of any job is to estimate it for you.
Q. How long is my drive or patio guaranteed for?
A. We honour a 5 year installation guarantee for any drive or patio that has been layed on a concrete sub-base . We will come and correct any dips or rutting that appear within that time frame.
*Not included in this guarantee:
'Force Majeure'.Acts of Nature,
i.e. Earthquake, flooding, subsidence due to natural forces. Parking
vehicles in excess of 7.5 tonne on the paving.
Q. Do you offer a maintenance service?
A. Yes , we can negotiate a service that incorporates your needs. Annual or Bi annual cleaning and resanding can be carried out for you. We also offer a resin sealing and coating service to reduce weeds and moss growth in sand joints and prolong the colour and life of your blockpaving.
Q. Do you install membranes to stop weed growth?
A. Firstly because we only install
concrete subbases, no weed growth is able to penetrate from the
sub-grade, through to the paving layer. Dont be fooled by claims
that membranes will stop weed growth! Its simply not true! WHY?
Because virtually all weed or lichen growth on paving, originates
in the sand joints between the paving.
The only way to deal with this problem
is to seal the paving and sand joints with a ResinCoat,
OR weed the joints and use weed killer on the paving as and when
required.

A. We have public liability insurance
to a value of £2,000,000
